Dr. Lonnie Luscavage
Dr. Luscavage is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been practicing since 2000. She went to Penn State for college where she earned a bachelor's degree in biology with honors in nutrition and graduated first in her class with a 4.0 GPA. After that she went to Jefferson Medical College for medical school where she graduated summa cum laude, second in her class. She went on to do an internship at what is now Christiana Care. She did her ophthalmology residency at Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Luscavage opened her own practice in 2003 in Chadds Ford after working in Delaware and Philadelphia for several years. She moved her practice to Kennett Square in 2013. Dr. Luscavage grew up in Broomall and now resides locally with her husband Joe, her daughter Elizabeth, and two rabbits named Toto and Button. |
Dr. Elizabeth Luscavage
Dr. Elizabeth Luscavage, or "Dr. Elizabeth" as she is called, is a board-certified optometrist who graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Drexel University in 2025. Dr. Elizabeth specializes in exams for glasses and contact lenses as well as runs the optical shop on site at Eye to Eye. She went to Elizabethtown College where she graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Biology. She was in the honors program there as well as in multiple honor societies. Dr. Elizabeth lived in Drexel Hill as a small child then moved to Cochranville. In her free time she is an accomplished painter and jewelry artist. She currently lives in Delaware County with her rabbit Presto. |
Joanne
Joanne is the doctor's head ophthalmic technician and surgical coordinator. She does the initial workup before you see Dr. Luscavage. She also performs the ancillary testing and contact lens teaching. Joanne's other responsibility in our office is surgical coordinator. She is the go-to woman for any of you having surgery in our office for questions, testing and scheduling.
Joanne has been a technician for 30 years and has worked for Eye to Eye since 2004. She has a husband (John), two children (Jana and Jay) and a dog (Riley). Joanne is originally from Garnet Valley.
We are very lucky to have such a charming, knowledgeable professional as Joanne.

Bonnie
Bonnie is a member of our front desk staff so she will be one of the people who greets you whenever you come to the office or call us. Bonnie earned her associate's degree at Tampa College. Before joining our staff she spent many years in retail sales at Ann Taylor. She is a fitness enthusiast and is married (husband Michael) with 4 grown children (Brendan, Morgan, Keegan and Kaylan). Bonnie lives in Delaware currently but lived for many years in New York state. |

Cody
Cody serves as both front desk staff and technician so you may see him throughout your stay at our office! He specializes in visual field testing. Cody was born and raised in Lancaster County and still lives there on the family farm. He loves animals and has worked for many years at his grandmother's non-profit horse rescue. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his two cats Berry and Chi as well as bowling, playing video games and listening to music. |
Maureen
Unfortunately, no one likes to hear from a billing department, but talking with Maureen can be a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and can answer any of your questions about your insurance coverage, deductibles, referrals, etc. Maureen has over 20 years of ophthalmic billing experience and owns her own company which specializes in billing for eye care practitioners. Maureen is originally from Long Island, New York and currently lives in the Lehigh Valley. She graduated from Boston College and has two children Patrick and Colleen. Maureen serves a vital role for our office.
